OUR BUSINESS Established in 1981, S.R. Gillis & Sons Ltd. is a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning business. We became Newmarket’s go-to Carrier dealer in 1983 and celebrated our 35th Anniversary with Carrier in 2018.

Regular maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating and filter changes, helps prolong the life of your equipment. Small problems are detected before they become larger ones. We can help keep your equipment running at the utmost efficiency. You can give us a call to set up an appointment for service at your convenience or you may be interested in our scheduled maintenance service contracts. Call our office for details. We provide the following services:

Our Warranty
Please contact our office. Warranties vary depending on which equipment you have installed and the date of installation.
Optional Extended Warranties are available on select equipment.
